How to Use

Apply directly to skin, hair, or scalp as needed. For targeted support, massage into areas of concern.

For Castor Pack applications: Apply 2-3 tablespoons of oil to a flannel for the first use. For subsequent uses, top up with 1-2 tablespoons. Apply the flannel to the desired area (e.g., abdomen for detox, joints for pain). Cover with a wrap to keep it in place. Recommended use for 30-60 minutes, or overnight.

Special Note on Castor Packs: The Castor Packs come with two parts: A flannel where you soak the oil, and a wrap that helps keep it tidy and in place. Do not wash the flannel after use, it gets messy in your washer and you waste the oil. It does not need to be washed. Instead, store in a glass jar for extended use.
